Tillys friends are all excited to be jumping off the high diving board at the public pool, but Tilly is scared. She doesnt want to jump, but she doesnt want to give in to her fears and turn back either.

As Tilly stands at the edge of the board, knees shaking, arms trembling, she breathes and reminds herself of all the other times she has been brave.
