Trade in Services

Despite their growing importance in the world economy, little has been written on the buying and selling of services. While the rules governing trade in services have mushroomed in recent years, many key terms are still remain vague and ill defined. This monograph sets out and defines the basic legal terms and issues raised by international trade in services and provides a comprehensive account of how they are regulated both multilaterally and through the major economic integration agreements.
