Walking in the Karavanke:

This guidebook offers over 30 walking routes to the 120km-long Karavanke range, a natural border between Austria and Slovenia. One and two-day routes can be expanded to suit walkers of all abilities. The routes mostly use approaches from the forested valleys and grassy peaks of the Slovene side, with bases in unspoilt towns and villages.
